Abstract Mr. Patrick McCarthy, former Pius Library staff member and current director of the Medical Center Library, was much involved with refugees to St. Louis from the former Yugoslavia.  Patrick made the acquaintance of Ivo Sivric, a priest at St. Joseph's Croatian Catholic Church in the city.
